Owen Built Homes are new home builders in Warrnambool that deliver cost effective new homes and designs, commercial construction, and portable homes. We have been building in and around Warrnambool for over 90 years. The longstanding name is synonymous with durable, well-constructed homes in the region. It has had 3 generations of builders in Warrnambool passing down their knowledge and expertise.
Today it is led by Chris Owen, with 40 years of practical building experience himself, he heads up a team of very experienced and qualified carpenters and quality local trades. Our team consistently deliver the durable, superior quality homes that Owen Built Homes is well known for.
Our Plans
We have a diverse range of cost-efficient, ready-to-go house plans and façades to choose from that are flexible and can be tailored to suit you specifically. With a selection of over 100 plans, there’s a lot to choose from. We can help you choose a floor plan that will best suit your block of land and budget, or if you can’t find the right plan on our website, please come and see us as we have more plans in house to choose from.

Our Design Studio
We have our ever-changing, up-to-date design studio locally in-house, where you can view our signature inclusions along with a range of options available. Our experienced colour consultant keeps up with all the latest design trends and products available and is happy to help with any design ideas. You are welcome to come in and browse our studio at any time and take-home samples, and play around with it to get a good feel for your new home vision.
Throughout the journey to building your new home, you will have a colour selection appointment in our showroom where you can choose the colours and products for your home with advice from our colour consultant.

We can help you choose your block of land and the right plan, especially tailored for you and your lifestyle. We will show you through all the various styles, colours and product choices available from our in-house design studio. We handle everything throughout the entire building process to make it a seamless experience for you. You are welcome to view your home anytime throughout the building process on request, and we also send you progress photos of the build along the way for peace of mind.
